Caller ID gave Willie Jo Smith as name. No message or response when I answered. I blocked number.

Calls repeatedly but doesn’t speak. Very creepy! I blocked but this person seems to be either very sick and likes to try and scare people or it some child who is playing childish games! Either way it is annoying!!!!
