It wasn't a call, but a postcard in the mail. The message "We have a package for you" Call this number 704-703-8554 to schedule delivery. I didn't call but based on the 8/23/19 response before mine, I'm going to assume it's for the very same purpose. Clever. Everyone wants a delivery :)
Received a card in mail to schedule a package. Put me on hold to look at what my package was (seems like everyone is getting Tide so not sure why they needed to look it up). Came back and asked me some questions. They wanted to come inside my house and test my tap water from the kitchen sink for a free bottle of Tide.
