Seemed initially to be a real person, speaking hesitantly. Claimed to be calling on behalf of employers who were looking for real estate to buy. Since I recently lost my husband, I am suspicious that they are "ambulance chasers" or read the obits and offer to buy homes from widows. Nasty business.
