The people who are saying that this company is a scam are wrong. This company is a third party billing company that pays invoices on behalf of many companies. They have different options of paying invoices that include Mastercard payments, Direct deposit, or old fashioned paper checks. I've been using this company for a long time now. Yes they rather pay by an electronic Mastercard because it's the fastest way,but I'm old fashioned and they still send me paper checks. Please stop spreading the untrue accusations of them being a scam company.
It is a company called AvidXchange. They are an accounts payable serviced used by some companies to provide payments for invoices. We own a lawn care business and a property management company we work for uses them but you can also just continue to accept checks because AvidXchange will take processing fees, etc.
scam
Received a call from this number. "Hello, my name is Kevin calling on behalf of (couldn't understand what he said). I'm calling for PSR services, or Lifelong Learner Holdings. We have a payment that we need to get out to you today and would like to pay by MasterCard in order to speed up the process. If you could, please give a call back at 7048595703 so we can get this to you as soon as possible." (They called from a different number, 7042568697).
This number is for Borger Management, and they pay the bills for lots of property management companies. I agree with everyone in their skepticism... just wanted to add that they are legit and could possibly have a wrong number.
Got a call --- wanting to send me payment for invoices ----- total scam ---- must have planted viruses in PCs and had access to info.
Same thing had the name of a customer claiming they wanted to start paying with credit card. I didnt even respond they continue to call dont answer
Tried to get credit card info from me. SCAM

Asking to set up payment method for invoices? Wanting credit card number...SCAMMER.
Called my office saying they were now in charge of paying outstanding invoices, told them I didn't have any for that amount, they said it could be multiple invoices but wouldn't give me numbers. Asked to pay with a credit card, I declined, asked for email, I declined, asked for a consent to call and speak to someone, I declined. I had already given my first name when I answered the phone and they had one of my owners addresses.
Called my employment wanting to pay us via direct deposit or credit card, I told them no. They asked if we would at least take look, it was compatible with most accounting systems, etc. I said to email me and I would check with my board. They have called again, asking more detailed questions, made me uncomfortable.

Received the same exact call as the 12/17/20 call noted above. Thank goodness I called back (the number left, not the caller ID number.) They really are legit, asked me for NO information - they had everything they needed on our invoice to a third party, which they are paying by check. They can also pay by credit card so that you can collect payments quicker, but my machine is down currently.
