Message said that I had won a Second Place Prize from Publishers Clearing House --- unlikely, since I never entered their sweepstakes ...

Received call that went to voice message. Said that is was Publisher's Clearing house and that we had won 2nd prize. Lol..... I won't return the call since this sounds like a scam.
