Who called me from this phone number (703) 963-6615

Girlfriend got a call from this number said she owed upward of $600. She did give out our new address and such worried it was real.

He said he was calling from Virginia Express Lanes and asked me to verify my address or license plate. I verified my address. He asked if I lived anywhere else because it’s not the same address he has for me. I said, “No, sir.” He hung up on me. LOL

Continuously getting calls from this number and they hang up. Spam.

Called asking for my husband. When I told them it wasn't his number they hung up.

Called and asked for my license plate and address. He knew my whole name. I told him I move around a lot and don’t know what’s on file. He then just hung up on me.

I got a call for +1 (703) 963-6615 from this number. He knew my full name and he asked me for my license plate and address . I told I need to know who you are to release this information. He said we need to get you different way then.

Called and said it was a recorded line. Wouldn't release any information about the call until I verified my address and license plate number. I told them I don't drive and they said they would try to contact me another way and hung up.

Claimed to be calling regarding express lanes and would not tell me the nature of the call until I provided my license plate number. I hung up. He was very abrasive and attempted to sound as if he was some kind of law enforcement.

They asked to speak to my 2 month old son.... Never found out what they wanted.

I received a call asking for my license plate or address before they could provide further information. I asked "why would I need to verify information in order for you to tell me why you are calling, when you are the person that called me? If anything, I should be able to verify you." At that point, he rudely said "ok nevermind" and hung up on me. I tried to call the number back and it is disconnected. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION!!!!

Tried to collect personal info on behalf of Virginia Express Lanes. Complete scam. Would not tell me the nature of the call.

Asked for my granddaughter by name. When I asked who he was and what he wanted, he hung up. Very scary

Claimed to be an express lane officer in DC, VA, MD. Asked for license plate number and home address. SCAM. DONT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFO.

Someone called my mobile number but refused to discuss the nature of their call until I identified myself. They would only say that it was a personal matter and that they were prohibited by law to discuss the nature of the call unless I identified myself as the person they were attempting to reach. They claimed to be with NCC. I refused and said they should send a letter to the person they were attempting to reach. This was very likely a fraudulent attempt to collect a debt that doesn’t actually exist.
