After several hellos, there were sounds of clanking and confusion at the other end and finally a man came on and said he was from Comcast though he did not sound like a professional CS person from Comcast to say the least. Reports online about this call say that was likely spam of some kind. Do not know who he really was or why he was calling. I hung up and blocked this number on my call block box.
