Is 703-936-8025 a scam or spam call?
I got a call from this number at 8:50 pm on a Sunday night. When I answered, an American male asked to speak to the head of the household if they were available. I responded by asking who was calling, but he didn't answer so I said hello again. He then said hello and I again asked who was calling. Rather than answer my question, he hung up on me. I wasn't able to find out who he was or what kind of scam he was running, but it was very obviously a scam.
