Who called me from this phone number (703) 643-4811

I have received numerous calls from this number (703) 643-4811 asking if I am looking for health insurance. As soon as I asked for more information, the caller would hang up. I finally called the number and was able to speak to someone and was told that my phone number is associated with a request for quotes for health insurance. I explained I am NOT looking for health insurance and want them to remove my number from their list.-
