Caller ID said BPO Accenture. Marsha asked for a trucking insurance certificate when we were disconnected. I tried calling back multiple times, but you need a 7 digit extension number. There is no menu or contact list option when calling. Something seems fishy.. especially as they haven't called back for the cert.
