No English, don’t understand, sort of scams some how
Got call asking for an employee that does not work in our office, said they were calling from Anthem insurance and wanted her personal contact info. Insurances do not ask for personal information on employees when updating their websites.
Call was from OnQ Customer support - it was a legit call
She said my keypad was expired, does not speak plain English!
Classic Social Engineering attempt of direct transfer request upon first pickup, denied! Are we expecting your call, replied no! Then don't call us, we will call you IF we need you
Call the health system I work for and told me I had to update some kind of system then swore at me in Arabic. Said his name was Jay (highly doubt it) and he was calling from Aetna. Of course he said the call was being recorded for quality assurance but I don’t think that was the case.
He talked like his mouth was full of dicks, I couldn't understand him
Called and told me my password to CHQ had expired and I needed to log in and answer questions so my account would be active again. I have no idea what they are talking about.
