They called 3x in succession. The 3rd time they called I answered. The background noise sounded like the call was being made from a noisy busy call center/phone bank. The caller stayed on the line for several seconds, wouldn't speak, then they hung up. I figure if they won't tell me their identity or the reason for their call, there's no reason for me to answer should they call again.
Offering job and supposedly found resume somewhere. Heavy accent. Didn’t call back
They found my resume on a job site. They said they where looking for a Water Meter installer. When I called they tried to get all my personal information. Strong Indian accent which raises a red flag alone. Played along for a little bit with them. Determined they are just a company to gather people's personal information. Be careful
Unsolicited employment agency. If I want to hire an employment agency I will contact them. They are real nuisances!!!!!

This number called me also. I believe they are collecting information from people in the US for a reason i am ignoring. Please be aware of these type of fake agencies.
Multiple calls within a 10 min period - 5 times! Heavy accent - middle eastern. will not identify himself
I was on hold with a client and refused to cut into my phone call. This number showed up 4 times while I was waiting for my client to get back onto the phone. Relentless calling is a sign of a psycho. Don't answer the phone.
Heavy accent, very hard to hear let alone understand. I kept telling them I could barely hear them, they hung up. The caller ID showed Holder Construction
Called and asked if it was me on the line. I asked who it was, person spoke with a heavy accent. Middle eastern/Indian. Hung up on the guy once it sounded fishy and the number instantly called me back 4 consecutive times until I turned my phone on airplane mode and blocked the number.
