this is Following left on my home voicemail in OHIO on Thursday, March 31,2022, at 4:03 p.m. Fairly clear speaking except the numbers 7 of the return phone number sounded as though he was saying thousand 02, thousand 28, 2928. Numbers 7 were strangely garbled, otherwise message sounded like learned/practiced English, precisely spoken like a second language. Message follows exactly as received: Hello,yes, this is Officer David Brown, with the Consumer Protection Agency, and we have some VERY important information here for you, so can you please give me a call back at your earliest convenience, area code 702-728-2989. Thank you, bye,bye.
