this is Following left on my home voicemail in OHIO on Thursday, March 31,2022, at 4:03 p.m. Fairly clear speaking except the numbers 7 of the return phone number sounded as though he was saying thousand 02, thousand 28, 2928. Numbers 7 were strangely garbled, otherwise message sounded like learned/practiced English, precisely spoken like a second language.
