ROBOCALL says this number > > 657-213-7904 was blocked on July 15, 2021… Today is July 14, 2021. Fortune tellers or a really good crystal ball?

they call my home and when the answering machine pick up they hang up

Called left, no talking, no messages.

These losers have the names correct and just call again under another number

Not sure if this is. Robocall or telemarketer. They are relentless. Today I asked one of their so called reps why and how they keep getting around being blocked using the same phone number. Then I told them that this is a registered "do not call" number. They hing up.
