Received call for a 2nd party (for a medical care dependent) 5/19/2021 4:17PM local time Wayne Co. NY. Caller with (India) Indian regional accent refused to identify herself when asked. I demanded she not call again and hung up. Only identity was phone number 1-646-876-8597 New York.
