Who called me from this phone number (646) 828-6725
This is a "UCC" phishing scam, which appears to be tied to the Miller Capital Company (MillerCapital.com), whose CEO is Ron Miller (347 452 4648). This number is the cell number for a "Cher Mason" or "Sher Mason," making a call on behalf of that company.
If they can't get you to take their calls for capital funding, they claim to be calling for a UCC filing to put a lien against your business. (Interestingly enough, they don't seem to be related to the Miller family whom the State of California AG's office sued several years ago for a related scam.)
