This number 646-798-8400 was set-up on my Spectrum account to simultaneously ring. I deleted it and it was reinstated, so I deleted it again. I did NOT set this up on my account for simultaneous ring. Spectrum added unlimited long distance calling without my knowledge or approval. I have since tried to contact them to delete this feature as I DO NOT use it. It is a package deal "created" on my account. I did not get this feature that I have been paying for several months. If I do not get it removed I will be forced to remove the service completely.

When I tried to call back I got a message that there was an issue with the transfer. English was used but definitely not her first language. She was very difficult to understand.
