This "no caller information" call starts off with "you got selected for 14,000$ from demographic survey from last year--" and starts asking you bunch of info. Makes no sense, I am not even a US citizen. If you question them their position and what department, etc it's gonna ask you age, marriage or dating status, SNS (instagram) account saying that he's liking you. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION. If you refuse every request for info (yeah, one's gonna say that he loves you and everything but still don't) it will give you number and a name to refer to. This was the number I was given.
