Same as other complaints. Caller from 646-439-5838 left message saying he was Robert Jennings of V-Tech and my card would be charged $399 for update to security on my computer. Did not call back. Wreaked of scam.

Robert Jennings was the person on the recorded message. He stated about the $399.00 charge for anti-virus protection. Same story as listed on other complaints. You must call within 48hrs for a refund. A big scam to get info from you. We have also received the same call with a different number and the name was David Jones.

Received a message on our answering machine at 5:03 PM 9/18/19. The caller said that our credit card would be charged $399 unless we called this number in the next 24 hours. The name he left was Robert Jennings. Phone number 1-646-439-5838. I will be blocking this number!

Someone from this number keeps harassing my mother who is 82. saying they're going to charge her credit card and then directing her to a second number at 646-439-5838. Scam caller.

Got a call with caller ID 15555. The left a robocall message that I would be charged $399 by Tech Solutions if I did not call within 48 hours. Did not bother to call. Said I was to call Robert Jennings at 646-439-5838.

August 22, 2019 - Received the same recorded call from Robert Jennings about $399.00 added to my account, but when I returned the call, it was a foreigner with broken English.

I received a call from Robert Jennings of Vtech solutions, stating that I was charged $399.00 for renewal of my anti-virus for another year. If I want a refund, I was to call 646-439-5838 within 48 hours of the call.

I received a call stated that within 48 hours they were going to charge my credit card $399 and it would be under Vtech. I was to call 6464395838 to cancel. called this number and was told this call in regard to my computer. I do not have a computer that has anything like that on it and when I questioned the person on the phone asking where they got my number and what name this was under, they hung up on me. How do we stop thee calls as I have received them saying they are with the IRS, FBI, Social Security which I was told they were stopping my Social Security because their were problems with my number. HELP HELP HELP.
