I'm receiving the same message from a Florida number (772)801-6441. Both my wife and I have been receiving these messages on each of our phones multiple times a day for months.
This is a total scam. They use fear to scam little old ladies out of thousands of dollars by telling them there is a warrant out for their immediate arrest but they will help you to avoid being arrested. You just have to go to a Walgrens or a Target or CVS to get a "tax payment voucher." which is actually a google pay, etc. card. And not to talk to them on the phone while you are in the store but don't break the connection or the cops will come get you immediately. And don't talk to them on the phone while you are purchasing the cards as management has instructed cashiers to call them if that is happening because the store knows that people are working with the IRS and have warrants out for their arrests. They don't want that kind of thing happening in the open in their stores so they will pull you into the office and call the police themselves to come get you. Evil people. They are terrifying.

A really pathetic fraudulent call attempting to use fear and intimidation. uses terms "taken into custody by local cops" Really! Whoever put the recorded message together clearly has a low IQ.
