A man calls with a rather comforting voice requesting to speak to someone named blah blah blah. I guess he's trained with that verbiage in his effort to collect a debt given the fact that we're in a pandemic .he refuses to identify himself... the way he did he identify himself in the very beginning , he does not even attempt to identify himself president estate in a very low voice that the call is being recorded .... and asking asking for a person's name. The number is immediately blocked and spammed.
