Who called me from this phone number (619) 663-3028

They claimed to be Diamond Towing Service and I owed them over $3000 for their services. They claim they have recordings and info that shows I owed the money. I have never had anything towed and have never spoken with them. This must be a SCAM! They kept asking for my email address to send me info. I gave them nothing.
