I received a call two days in a row around the same time of the day, and they didn't leave a voice message as I didn't want to talk to someone from an unknown number for an unknown reason.
The automated voice claims to be calling from Google Voice but when transferred to a real person, they say they're not affiliated with Google Voice. The number they give to call to remove you from the list is disconnected, and they have no answer for it when asked.
