Is 619-631-4144 a scam or spam call?
Called thrice in a day. Missed their call twice and for the third time, when i picked up, they disconnected after hearing me say hello.
Pretended to be a debt collector when I told them they had the wrong number they would not hang up and continued to insist that I have $10,000 worth of debt which I do not.
