Received a green laminated about 9"x6 1/2" about a "Public Notice = SDGE Customers" stating that people will be in my area in the next 2 weeks or so that we can apply for discount in rates. I looked it up on SDGE site. Nothing about it! This is a scam meant to get trusting souls to call (619)569-2315 to have them come by and "evaluate" our home for a discount.
