Is 619-492-7821 a scam or spam call?
Kevin Brown said that someone had charged something to my Amazon account and wanted to know if it was me. When I told him no, he said that he would adjust the charge on my credit card account. I fell for it and he then took to much off of the credit card account. He then called back and said that he made a mistake and that I needed to go to CVS and get 4 $500 Best Buy Gift cards to add the money back into the account. He then locked the computer up.
Definitely a scam. “Kevin” Contacted my grandmother and said $400 was charged on her Amazon account and needed info to recover it for her. He had her install an app on her iPad.
scam issue called in// a customer signed up for an anti-hacking program they called today and wanted to refund the customer remotely accessed his computer and ending up scamming $3K, beware of this guy. Kevin Brown

They tried to say Kevin was refunding money from internet protection service. He was going to then help manipulate and take that money, which I can't prove but it seems that was the plan. Accounts are locked and we are getting new accounts.
