These people have been calling for weeks. When I ask questions or let them know my boss is not interested they want to argue with me. I have reported them to the FCC.
The lady said that it's in regards to a CHANGE IN OUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT. I asked from what company, she said whatever card you use to make a purchases with your debit card. I told her we have different cards. It sounds like a solicit call to me.
Caller wants to reduce my credit card processing rates due to my lower risk matrix standing. Needs to send someone out to meet with me to go over my merchant statement to show me where I am overcharged. Requested to be taken off their calling list and they explained that they don't have a list to remove me from.
