Who called me from this phone number (612) 808-8114

Called and played a pre-recorded message " I am Megan Strobel and I am a compliance officer" the woman then went on to say that I am set to be served at my place of residence and if I am not home or if I am not served at my residence, paperwork will be sent to my place of employment and provided a random 800 number and a bogus document code then the line appeared to go dead then the caller hung up on me.
