Is 612-518-7965 a scam or spam call?

Scam or Fraud September 07, 2022

Someone called my husband and claimed to be from Verizon (but of course it did not come up on the caller ID that way). Wanted to verify if we had added two devices to our phone plan. He just hung up, but couldn't get through to anyone at Verizon to report it.
