Says "RX DRUG PLAN" on ID; called 4 times in a row. Fourth time I picked up thinking maybe it is realy United Healthcare, since I had just gotten notice by email they're preparing my Rx. They asked if this is "Karen" and I said yes. As soon as they asked for my date of birth I hung up. Of course they're still calling
Scam stating they have an authorization answer that my Dr ordered which is not true. Blocking that #.
They won't stop calling. And from different Minneapolis numbers too. Don't leave messages. I've gotten 7 calls from them today alone. It's getting old.

I got a call from 612-509-8635. They called many times, I do not pick up phone numbers I do not know. I read others comments and agree with their comments. They ask too many personal questions.
Said pre-authorization. Knew my name. Wanted my birthdate. I hung up.

It askes to press the # 1 if you are (your name) I figured, well, they already have my name so...Then, after I pressed #1, the recorded message instructed me to enter my birth date. I hung up.
