Who called me from this phone number (612) 502-5340

I don't answer, but know that it is a robo call.

612-502-6340 calls my cell phone. Leaves message; refuse to listen to it. Has already been reported to the FTC as a scam or robo call but obviously hasn't been charged with any crime yet. These people will never quit calling.
