Who called me from this phone number (612) 426-7844

Left a voice message regarding "needing more information regarding my application for a 2nd mortgage on my home." The caller's alleged name was "Linda" who did not use my name. DEFIFINTELY a cold call scam attempt. Blocking this number is no help, they are able to keep leaving the same message.
