Who called me from this phone number (612) 389-1889

Call from "pharmacyservice". Claimed they were confirming order for shipping diabetic testing supplies. I am not a diabetic. Then they switched to saying "for your dry skin" and "for your arthritis pain". Not sure if this is a scam/fraud or a telemarketer.
