Call received from 612 330 5500 telling me my Center point Energy account would be shut off tomorrow because due to changes in their billing system several of my payments did not go through. I was asked to send a payment through Zelle while the caller stayed on the phone with me. Thankfully each of four attempts were denied. The "rep" said he will call me tomorrow to work on getting this figured out. I called my bank and explained what had happened. The bank found the activity to be suspicuous which is why the payments were denied. I will now block the scam number
