Caller said he represented my health care provider. He had the name wrong. He cited my day and month of birth but wanted my year of birth. He wanted information about my address and who lived at that address. I questioned him from the beginning as to who he was calling for. He said it was a courtesy call from my health care provider whose name he did not have correct.
they were going to close my social security Number off. I hung up.
