Same with me, I never made a call inquiring about SSI disability claim!! It is a recording and they leave a message.
Recording, says it's "Hannah a Hearing Administrator on a recorded line" then the line disconnected.
Called saying it was a recorded line, and they were responding to a request I had recently made about short term disability benefits. Except, I never made any request.
