Yep, "an agent tried to deliver documents & to call or second attempt would be in non compliant" Called number & recording asked to verify with last 2 numbers of social, and then even said we're sorry those two numbers don't match!
Same deal- voice mail from Katie claiming an attempt to deliver documents for signature and failure to do so would flag me as a failure to comply.
Received message from 612-314-7285 at 2pm (Mtn Time) on 12/3/2020; stated company name was "AMI" and a representative was trying to deliver documents. Told that only 1 more attempt can be made and to call back immediately. Did not return call; assume scam.
Was left a message that they tried to deliver documents, Actually spoke to an Agent. He gave his name is Shawn Cancellor, ext 1007, they had information about an old account that was completely incorrect. They threatened to have the courts freeze my account and that there was nothing I could do unless I made payments or took the paper work. They informed me that they will be re-sending the paperwork on Monday 11/30/2020. They had the correct account number, my social and an old mailing address. I called the bank and they let me know that the account information given wasn't correct and that this account was over 15 years old. So, not sure how they got all that information, but there is definitely something wrong here. I then called back to the 612-314-7285. Was sent to a voicemail that said again 1001 wasn't available.
Got a call from 612-314-7285. Left message that agent tried to deliver documents. That I needed to call and reschedule delivery or I would be non-compliant and charges would be called. I was here and no one tried to deliver anything.

Exact same call...They left a voice message stating she was Katie from AMI with the same message...There was a small child talking in the background...I live in GA...This scam is getting around...Be careful everyone
