This number called my cell phone. The person on the other end of the line said nothing...only listened for a bit, then hung up. While listening, I could hear what sounded like a call center with a bunch of people with East Indian accents. I suspect this is a scammer calling.

When the call is answered they stay silent and then I hang up after a few attempts to get someone to respond to me. I've had a few of these come in and generally it is someone from overseas and I can barely understand what they are saying. They call my fathers number as well and have tried to get information from him but when we ask questions they hang up.
