Said they are a fund raising service and are exempt from the Do Not Call List. Said that people who are one the Do Not Call List "like to be called by their favorite fund raisers". Load of fertilizer. If possible, most of us would put family on Do Not Call Lists let alone fund raising services.

called twice in same day i.e. 12:29 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Left no message. going to report to FTC. Isn't there some way that the carrier (New Cingular Wireless PCS get involved to stop this caller. 5/14/2020
