Not sure exactly, but this guy Joseph said he was an Energy Consultant Regulate Supplier for Eversource and asked for all the account numbers for the accounts we have with them to make sure we were paying the best rates and not overpaying. Didn't like that I wouldn't give him account numbers and told him I was passing on his number to our accountant to follow up with. Said if he doesn't hear back today he will call back tomorrow.
