Who called me from this phone number (610) 778-2103

No wonder Verizon Communications is stalling about do more to block spam callers -- its' some of their OWN customers apparently making the calls. This one came up with no caller ID whatsoever, and hung up as soon as the answering machine started up; plus, the call came in before 10 AM on a Saturday.
