When I answered the girl says she is a Hearing Officer on a recorded line then disconnects. I get similar calls from different numbers. How do I get these to stop

Just received an unsolicited call from this number. The caller tried to pass herself off as "Amy", but when asked if this was an automated recording it began acting very strangely. This made me suspicious enough to start saying keywords to try and reach an actual human operator to question, and the replies started cycling through the recordings.
This is a cleverly disguised robocall that is presenting itself as a human recruiter.
Being unable to determine the provenance of such a call makes me uncomfortable having even picked up the phone.
