Who called me from this phone number (610) 601-2221

Called several times, stated that the call is recorded at the onset of the call. Then asked if I can hear her. I think they are trying to get you to say "yes". However, I said, "no I can't, the line is bad and don't call me again. Why won't they stop!!!!
