Who called me from this phone number (610) 492-6839

Something about hearing...a,woman asked if I could hear her ok. And then hung up. I called back and they said they were told there was someone in the household with hearing difficulties. And asked if that was the case. Felt like they were just fishing for a "yes" answer. Felt scammy.
