Who called me from this phone number (610) 214-2368

I accidently picked up because expecting another call. It was dead air and so realized I had answered a robot call. Then a man answered to say his name was Connor and was on a recorded line. We were then disconnected. I do not owe money anywhere so could not be legitimate bill collector of any type.
