Woman claimed to be from a West Virginia, Pennsylvania USA flooded campground and wanting to know if a 'Daryl' would be checking in today. Same person called the past 4 days.

Received a text that said a cute dog wandered into their yard with my number on the tag asking if this was my dog. This was a bogus text.
Received text message saying they tried to call me but my line wouldn't connect
sent me message on snapchat asking if I was open to chat now - have no idea who the number belongs to or where they are
This number showed up as a local number with the name Jessica no one was there. When I called it back it announced it was a long distance call and long distance charges would apply. Its obviously a scammer hiding their true intent and identity. Ignore calls from this number. ANyone that needs to hide like that is up to no good.
