Got a call about a property I had on the market from this number. We decided not to sell. This agent was much better than everyone who called. Decided to look him up and I was shocked at how many negative reviews are attached to his number. He was fine by me. It is easy to leave a nasty anonymous review.
someone made a purchase with my amazon acct. of $899.00. I don't have an amozon acct.
Received call from 586-684-5036 just after 10am. When I asked how I could help him, he reiterated, "How can YOU help ME" and proceeded to hang up... Googled number: Iain Baunoch - Great Lakes Real Estate... I have been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years and would not even THINK about this level of unprofessionalism while "cold calling" to unsolicited client potentials... BUT he DOES offer TACOS when you buy/sell a property with him. LOL
The caller called and I said hello twice and they just listened. I hung up. Creepy!
They keep calling and don't leave a message. I blocked the number so it goes directly to voicemail.
If you lidt your home and take it off the market, there's some type of list that must be released on the 1st of the month because I've been hounded and harassed by unwanted calls all morning. Where were all of these agents and buyers when it was on the market?! You had your chance to show it and sell it. Don't show up after the fact trying to cut a deal for YOUR best interest, not mine!
Said it was Jeff from real estate company- I made the mistake of saying I was at work and he proceeded to ask rude questions about my time then hung up. Probably voice recording
This number is a relentless caller. Calls all hours of the day and night and never leaves a voicemail.
