I hit the prompt to speak to an individual and NEVER ever was told what the nature of the call was, what account it was in regards to or anything else, hung up on me and said I was rude. I actually called back and was told I was harassing them and was still after repeated attempts NEVER told what it was regarding.
Unknown but a spam call # left no message. Later same call from (586) 210-9954 as well.
Got a call from 5862109489 stating I owe a credit card from 2013-2015 and they're trying to reach me for mediation which is incorrect
