Who called me from this phone number (573) 664-0286

I got a call from this number. It was someone from Farmer's Insurance wanting to give me a quote. I told him I don't want to change my insurance, and received the response "You shouldn't have answered" before he hung up. I did not request a quote from Farmer's, so this was an unsolicited call and a quite rude response when I was honest with him.
